I called on a Saturday morning when all of the other guys were closed (except the big box store) and John was happy to help, and had the toilet I wanted in stock for a good price. Before I had fully backed up to the store and parked, John had brought everything out the door and loaded it all in my SUV. Wow! That's customer service! Then, as I was paying for the toilet, he offered my son some candy (as he asked me first). I will check these guys out first for whatever I need in the future.

Wow, walked in with a handful of parts (for a motor home) needing replaced. Of course all it them were obsolete. Not only did they help reconfiguring how to do the job they also recommended a much easier and more convenient way to complete the problem. Once installed no leaks, yippee!! So helpful, kind and patient. The only place to go.
