They are very professional and knowledgeable, they called to see if they could come early because they had finished early with the service they were on.nThe service tech Emilio Winn was very polite and proficient.nI would recommend these guys to anyone.

David arrived on time and scoped the sewer line from out home to determine how desperately it needed to cleaned. The process is impressive, and it indicated that we will need to flush the system soon. I was quoted a firm price to have it accomplished--nothing nebulous about it. I appreciate knowing in advance what the final total will be.

The installation took many modifications and took 2 installers all day. The younger man was professional and in a good mood all day the other installer became frustrated after about 11 hours (who wouldn't).nThe diagnostic team, Gabriel and Chris, were professional and personable. They answered all my questions using common terms so I could understand.nThe repair tech, Chris, was also one who diagnosed the problem and came back to repair the heat pump when the fan came in.nLarge expense to repair and replace a furnace system, happy customer.

Daniel and Trevor from the Payette office have gone above and beyond their duties and have done a tremendous job!! They came out and worked all day Saturday and have been extremely respectfully with a clear line of communication. McCrea Heating and Plumbing was NOT my first call but they were the ones who were able to handle this extreme plumbing disaster. Other companies could NOT find the issue!! McCrea will be handling ALL of our Plumbing needs from here on out!! Thank you Daniel and Trevor for all your hard work, my family is extremely appreciative!!!

Mccrea plumbing sent 2 of their technicians (Ty and Austin) to my house the same day I called, surprised me, cause I wasn’t expecting service the same day! Very nice guys and very helpful! They explained everything thing they were doing, as well as showed me what needed to be done. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you guys for professionalism and your help!
