They didn't have over half of the items I needed

The only problem is their shelves have been bare and sold out of a lot of merchandise since Vivid hit. It's one of my favorite stores but it's kind of a bummer when you go there and some of the items on you're list are not too be had.

The level of customer service in this outlet, in particular, is absolutely stellar. Customer service representatives always strive to help you out however they can and I was never left alone with a problem to sort out! All in all, I have had only the best experiences with these employees, very polite and helpful people.

Kudos this store today and it's associates, especially Antonio the store lead and the gal in electronics, I spaced her name, sorry :( . I came in looking for a specific item, and they were able to track it down, even through the mess of black Friday stuff. My son will have a wonderful Christmas thanks to these folks. I appreciate it very much!

Not that great. I made a special 22 min. Trip there to buy Pokemon Cards for my son their website said we're in stock. All 3 different products were not in stock and if they were perhaps in a restock cart it made no difference. I couldn't find anyone who worked in that area.
