Justin called me before I was off the phone with my home warranty company. He is very nice, and runs a very ethical business. He was very thorough in his work and is extremely affordable. I would highly highly recommend him and will use him for all my plumbing needs. Haven’t had that good of service in a long time!

I met Justin through my Home Warranty program, he was sent out to my home to repair a clogged sink in one of my bathrooms. I decided to update my water valves in both bathrooms and kitchen. Justin was honest, up front very thorough. I have recommended him to our HOA of 32 homeowners. I do not hesitate to give this business a 5, it is so nice in today's world to find a business with high work ethics and that's what I found with Proactive Plumbing.

First and foremost, Justin was responsive and informative. He kept us in the loop from the first conversation until after install for steps he was going to take, diagnosing the problem, and what to expect through the process of an install of two water heaters. He was also up front with cost and the timing of the install.nnJustin was attentive to our concerns, answered questions and concerns outside of normal business hours, and he set realistic goals that he was able to deliver on. He is straightforward, attentive, and will take care of your plumbing needs. Bottom line: he cares about his customers, which sometimes feels like a lost consideration from companies and individuals in the service industry these days.nnThis plumber knows what he is doing. He is skilled, efficient, professional, and he will take care of you.nnHighly, highly, recommend. Use Proactive Plumming. You will not be disappointed.

Justin was very professional. He worked around my busy schedule to replace my water heater when it was convenient for me and on the day it was scheduled for. The installation was completed in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company!

Justin was great and really helpful! He was really transparent about the work he did and explained how I could fix it myself if it happened again in the future. I found out about him through my home warranty company and I’ll definitely be bringing him back!
