I purchased a new refrigerator and the installer put a hole in the water line that needed to go to the fridge. I called a plumber to come and fix it, who said he would be there on a specific day. He was a no-show. So I called First Street Plumbing. We set up a day for them to come out. On the agreed day, they called at 8am and came right over. It took very little time to fix the issue and get the water running to my fridge.nI will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know in need of a plumber.

First Street Plumbing is an exceptional and reputable business with a mindful and respectful owner. Tom always makes sure the customer is completely satisfied with his and his employees performances, if not - which is extremely rare-he will do what it takes to correct the situation. We have used First Street for about a year and have never had any issues with any of the work performed on all our job sites or in our own home. We are always treated with respect, Tom and his employees treat our plumbing needs on all job site homes with the care and concern as if they were in their own home. We had a kitchen faucet leak. It had made a mess under the sink. We always go to First Street Plumbing for plumbing needs. The plumber, Brent, quickly fixed the problem by simply tightening the nozzle end of the faucet! Very quick and easy but, of course, we didn't have a clue. Thanks Brent
