My elderly mother had them come out to fix a tub drain. They took the tub handles off the faucet and broke them. They had no clue what they were doing. Told her they needed to tear out the wall to replace. Had to pay a different company to fix what they broke. Have been a loyal customer. You lost our business and any word of mouth.

Please beware. I build several houses a year and cant count the mistakes and shotty work they did on my houses and other developers homes. Complete disaster. We provided them with correct plans and they have toilets going in bedrooms in the basement and so much stuff done that was done awfully. When i called to ask them to fix it, Mike was very unprofessional, cursing, and hostile. He hung up in my face and told me to sew him. This company is the worst plumbing company around. Do not hire them for anything!

Technician was over 3 hrs late, he over charged me for service and I called and questioned the bill to owner Mike. Wow... I have never seen a manager be so Unprofessional and treat a customer with such disrespect. He told me to never call again them again for service and that he hated customers like me. Be aware that they will over charge you and if you question anything, they will treat you terrible! I would never use them again and can’t believe they are still in business. Worst experience with them!

Building a new home and Mathews Plumbing has been so great about all of it. They are respectful and helpful. Definitely recommend
