We have been multiple times - my toddler loves it. Your staff is so friendly and wonderful! I wish I knew her name - the young woman who was working this morning (and is frequently there) is THE BEST! So kind and professional and friendly. I just want to give her a shoutout and say she deserves a raise, she’s one of the reasons I keep coming back to this location!
Good car wash. Cleans better than Epic Shine, but that's because Rocket wash brushes make more contact with car, which I like. One cannot remove Idaho dirt/grime from their car without making contact. My only complaint is this.....they are closed on Sundays!! Most people only have time to wash their cars on the weekends, it's like Banking hours, they are open when everyone is at work.
It’s easier to get out of a gang than rocket’s membership. I moved 6 months ago, went in and cancelled but keep getting charged, when I call to see what’s up you get pushed to a voicemail and no one calls back... I have no idea what to do at this point.
They are very professional, they make you feel like you were important and willing to help with anything especially when I couldn’t figure out how to wash my car mats a manager came over by the name of James and wash my mats for me.nThat is some great service and I will continue using rocket express.
