I've used Stott Plumbing many times over the last several years and have always been impressed by the service they provide. The staff is always knowledgeable, they take their time to answer any questions that I have, and do the job well. They are my go-to for any plumbing needs that I have! 10/10 would recommend!
Bryan and Mike were outstanding! My parents experienced pipe burst outside of their home caused by the Houston weather storm. Once contacted, Stott plumbing who were in the Houston area to help out storm victims took no time coming out to assist. The guys were professional, knowledgagle and put my parents concerns to rest. Thank you both. Much appreciated :)
[Problem Resolution, Professionalism, Communication] Although he arrived later than expected, he politely excused himself by letting me know about the traffic issues. I showed him the problem. He quickly assessed the situation and immediately solved the concern. I would be happy to have Ben and his associate solve any future concerns. I would confidently refer my friends and family to him.
I would highly recommend Stott Plumbing for your home needs. They have been on time, explain the problem and get it fixed. If they can't get it done the same day they will reschedule you and be on time. I am highly satisfied with their employees and the quality of work they have done.
