They should teach the front desk lady some better phone/people skills. Had a question about a particular dog and she literally wouldn't let me ask without being interrupted every single time I was speaking. And she doesn't stop to let you speak, she just keeps on talking over you. I get that they have apps, but sometimes you need to speak to a person. Incredibly rude on her part. I wish I knew her name so I could write it in here. People are trying to give these pets good homes and when she doesn't want to listen to questions it gives the impression she doesn't care as much as she should to give them homes.

It's such a sad state. My dog of 15 yrs died at the beginning of the year and I am now ready to adopt a pet. I have called numerous times to set up an appointment to a dog and have not received a single call back. Not even to tell me a dog is no longer available. When I finally get an actual person on the phone from the shelter I'm told. Yeah I know he hears that complaint a lot. Makes you wonder what's happening to these animals. I mean before the lock downs they were saying how over capacity and that there were more stray animals than people to adopt them. I guess it's just easier to say no one wants them and destroy them, than to actually let people adopt them.

This facility turned out to be nice. I went with my boyfriend because he was thinking about adopting a dog. We were scheduled to see one animal and since it wasn't very busy, they let us see a few more. The handlers of the animals are nice and know the animals well, and also know what kind of personalities they have to match a possible adoption. You can tell the animals love and trust their handlers.

I don't doubt any of the one star. I called twice with no follow-up and major attitude on a problem dog who excessively barks no matter what time of day or night.

Got 3 dogs from. There i called 3x and the third call she was willing to help by putting chip number in the system.
