Why would police need any reviews, they’re not a place of business selling you a service, they don’t need to have great customer service, just as long as they are good at their job at protecting the community, and what do you think you’re going to get out of a person that crashed into you with no insurance, that happens every day, do you think they’re going to send the swat team to look for this guy?? Police put their life on the line to protect us, they should get the same amount or even more respect as military.

Was involved in a hit and run. Car side swipes me then takes off when I pull on the shoulder. Call 911 and they tell me to wait for an officer to make a report. I no how that goes so I follow the people who hit me to a gas station 2 miles from where the accident happened. Once apd shows I tell them what happened then they take my info and tell to wait in my car. After 10 minutes they come back tell me there is nothing they can do because the other driver claimed they were scared and left the scene of an accident because they were scared of me because I was following them. Well yeah I'm going to follow them if they hit my brand new car and run. I guess hit and run is ok in this town. Luckily my car was had only minor damage that I could fix on my own. 2nd time this has happened in a year. This is ridiculous. And people wonder why everyone is leaving this state. It's not safe to be a person who works a normal job and doesn't cause trouble. The criminals can do what they like and get a slap on the hand

I had got the necessary documents I needed but the attitude of the staff behind the glass is beyond ridiculous when you ask basic questions. They may know obviously if I knew I'd be on the other side of the glass. That's why im hesitant in calling for assistance from here I'd rather suffer then deal with their attitudes.

Don't trust Albuquerque police if you are in a car accident. Still trying to get them to file the reports that the da can look at the person that hit me without insurance. Horrific experience nobody can give you a straight answer and don't expect them to do any more than what the minimum is if you can even get them to do the minimum.
