I've called the non-emergency twice in the last month and cops were on the scene within a couple minutes both times. No complaints about the RRPD for these calls. Don't know if the perps feels the same as I do.

Rio Rancho Police are professional, fair and caring. Since moving to Rio Rancho 3 years ago, I have had interactions with the Police Department on five separate occasions. My family and I have found the Officers to be professional, caring and competent. They have responded in a timely manner and are well prepared to handle a variety of situations. I am grateful to live in a city with a professional Police Department.

Doing things they shouldn't be doing and get away with it there uniforms should be cut off too
