Bill from Affordable Service was incredible! He was early, professional and quickly figured out the problem with my furnace. He also took the time to walk me through how the furnace works, explained to me the different parts and how they all work. I cannot recommend him and this company enough! I will 100% be using them to service my furnace from this point forward. Their price was also very fair and transparent.
I finally get a chance to sit down and thank these individuals for being professional, knowledgeable and ever so kind to get help to those who need it. I made an error, called the wrong agency, and they gave me the run-around for several days. I took a mental day, figured out I made the flub, and called Affordable. Tony came out right on time and called to let me know he was on his way. I am grateful because I don't have to take my dishes to wash at work anymore. Heaven only know what my in-laws put down my sink. But I'm all good now. :)
Great job installing new water heater and expansion tank. Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful. Chris did a great job on the install, and the price was more than fair. I'll be reaching out to Affordable again for any plumbing needs in the future!
Called out Affordable to take a look at our furnace. Kevin walked us through the diagnosis, and we agreed it needed to be replaced. They got a new unit to our house that day and by that evening it was up and running. Should have replaced it years ago if knew it would go so smoothly. Kevin and his helper, Cory, were very professional. Got the old unit out quickly, installed and tested the new unit and even programmed our thermostat. They cleaned up behind themselves and left the house as they found it. Highly recommend Affordable Service.
Our thermastat quit working . . called Affordable Service. The lady who answered the phone suggested I try changing the batteries. I was impressed when it worked but more impressed they didn't want to make a service call to fix it. AC only 3 yrs old but made an apt to have it checked. Daniel, the tech, was very courteous & professional. Unit functional, no repairs needed. I do recommend this company!!!
