Musicology

We booked Musicology for our wedding, after seeing them at a bridal show they put on (which was awesome in and of itself) and we couldn't be happier that we did!nnLaura and Eliot were extremely helpful from the very beginning. We started talking about what we are looking at in terms of songs way ahead of the wedding. They're really great at suggesting songs (their song library is huge, they have everything!) for different events at the wedding ie: the first dance, the cake cutting, the introductions, the ceremony, etc.nnThe songs that we chose to walk down the aisle to were played in absolute perfect timing, and at the perfect volume. Matt, the DJ, was very communicative with us and helped us designate people to help us with queues to make everything run evenly and smoothly.nnWhen it was time for the first dances, Matt had a list of who was dancing with who, and in what order. That was helpful, because I had no time to worry about that (I was a little busy!) and he kept us on track.nnWhen the reception started, Matt was awesome at keeping the fun and upbeat music playing, motivating people to dance, and keeping the environment fun! He was also super helpful in making announcements for the events, and reminding people to sign the guest book, etc.nnEveryone was very professional, polite, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ or event planning company!nnThank you, thank you, thank you Musicology!

Musicology was the DJ for my mother in laws wedding and because of the wonderful experience we had, we decided to have them DJ for our wedding. Laura and Elliot are some of the nicest people you will ever meet-very down to earth and helpful. I wasn’t sure what music I wanted for certain parts of the ceremony and they provided great suggestions which we ended up going with. They were wonderful at responding quickly to emails and making last minute changes. I had such a great time at my reception, and have heard from many people that this was the funnest wedding they had ever been to. Thank you Musicology for helping create such a memorable experience for us and our guests!
