My brother and I had bought some coupons for a full service clean recently, and decided to bring a few of our cars by this location. As I pulled up, a young lady waved us down and guided us to where she wanted. On my way out of the car, the young lady asked me how my day was and I said ‘well’. When I asked her how her day was, she gave me a look and said she’d be ‘a lot better if I parked better’, even though she was the one who guided me there. I’m not sure what I did wrong, if anything, but there is an obvious need for better customer service here. Other than that my clean was very good. It was just a very uncalled for part of an otherwise good experience, and I wish I could give a higher rating.

First of all not a great place to go for first timers, the best part is I get to take my car later today to wash it myself. Black car shows spots real quick. Terrible terrible Customer service. $12 plus tip and I have to detail my own car when I get home. B.S absolutely never returning

A ton of employees standing around. Since they rush you through the drying part so quickly they should at least towel dry your vehicle real quick so we don't get water streaks down the windows. For the price you pay, it should be spotless

Excellent customer service! I had never been to a Mister Car Wash before and coming from out of town decided to go for a full service wash. Unsure of the process, I asked the young man what we were to do once we paid. He was very helpful & friendly & an excellent first impression of the business. My vehicle looked and smelled amazing when they were finished. They found things under my seats I didn't realize were there, that's how well they cleaned it! Thank you for the great service!

Membership plan is reasonably priced and very convenient. The bad news is, using the express exterior wash only, their equipment seems to leave a number of water or soap spots. I so wish that even with the exterior express wash one of their employees would take 30 seconds to towel off the residual water left after the automatic dryer.
