Needed my house cleaned quickly before guests arrived that evening and their employee Anna got it done for me in no time! Even the kitchen walls and baseboards spotlessly clean.

I hired them for a move-out cleaning for the house I was renting. They billed me for 8.5 hours the first time they came and hardly anything was really cleaned. Cobwebs in every room, grimy baseboards, shelves not dusted, crumbs on counter, crusty stuff on the floor, etc. I called and requested that they come back, and they cleaned the very particular items that I pointed out, but the house was still very dirty and we had to clean it ourselves before moving out.nnThey did give me a 20% discount when I complained, but I still payed over $200 to not have my house really cleaned.

Unfinished job, poorly cleaned, lady was on the phone every few minutes, and I was even told how much tip I should give.
