Completely irresponsible in appointment scheduling and verification. As a healthcare worker, I find this extremely unprofessional. Unmh main campus is definitely the way to go.

I had called the operating room to reschedule an appointment, and got nothing but rudeness and attitude, from the lady on the phone she had answered the phone very nicely and respectfully, and then just down hill from there with her attitude. It’s kinda embarrassing that someone working with a county job acts this way and to top it all off it sounded like a night club with a bunch of taking and laughing in the back ground I would really re think who you have employed.

I do not recommend getting a hearing test done here. They told me I had to get a hearing test from them in order to see an ENT here. It turns out they sub contract out the hearing test and then charged me $500 just to walk through the building in addition to the payment to the sub contractor for the test. The worst part is the sub contracted company is just down the street from me. It feels like I've been scammed.

Went to drop off papers for UNM financial aid,Dillan made me wait an hour he was not attending other people just doin nothin making people wait to drop off papers,Someone else had to receive me because he was nowhere to be found.

I underwent corrective surgery at SCRMC today. I understand that COVID is creating a major issue regarding sufficient staff as well as scheduling. I am not mad about the problems I encountered with that today. I am also very happy with the outcome of my surgery.nNevertheless I am very upset about the fact, that there were dried blood drops on the floor as well as discarded wrappers and tops of injections. I asked the nurses to remove both. The trash bin was overflowing. Furthermore Dr. Ali one of the resident doctors was extremely rude and cold. He didn't listen to my answers concerning his questions. He has absolutely no bed side manners. He made me feel very uncomfortable. Dr. Shetty on the other hand was wonderful. I will use this hospital again in hopes that certain things will improve.Thank you. Sylvia C.
