Very upset with the Beulah CDOT worker/workers that neglect to put out cones on their sights. Especially on a current sight on a 50mph speed zone on a blind, downward hill. Their negligence has already sparked a fire in our town last October and now I fear they're putting themselves AND the public at risk AGAIN! When are they gonna start taking their jobs and the laws seriously?!
