They’re super thorough (cleaned our front & rear interior windows, dash, all doors & wheels) but short on staff so the wait time is long if you’re getting the wheel/interior wipe down. Took us about 45 minutes start-to-finish; I’d recommend asking the attendant for an estimate before deciding what kind of wash you want. Would’ve been 3 stars if the cashier hadn’t come out to start our car (probably would’ve been an hour total if not).
They do an excellent job at thoroughly cleaning your car. They are fast and courteous. And reasonably priced
The managers/owners really need to take a class in professionalism. When there is a problem they totally ignore it and place the blame on something else. The boy/man manager is probably the worst customer service person ever. He is really immature and very hostile. I'd rather wash my own car myself than pay them money for 50% work. I really don't know how they can treat their customers this way. I will never ever go back to this place. No pride whatsoever in their work. They should be ashamed treating people this way. It's called customer service! But I guess when you are the only gig in town you can treat people how ever you want.
Good place to get your car cleaned whether you clean it yourself or have them service it for you.
This place is horrible. I went to pick my car up and had to have them re do it. The manger was rude when I brought it up to him. Then I ask to speak to the owners and I was told “ I am a business woman, and I am respected here.” What does that even have to do with getting my car cleaned!? It seems they care more about being business people than actually maintaining their business and helping customers.
