Good pressure on the wash, lots of soap with the brush. Vacuum didn't do so well, however

I have used this carwash many times. Tonight I went and used the automatic carwash. I did not realize it had to be exact change. When I realized the mistake I hit the button to cancel and get my money back. That did not work. I lost $11.00 tonight, it was the $9.00 car wash and I put a $20.00 in but the most aggravating part is there is NO CONTACT INFORMATION ANYWHERE! Not on the property or on line that I can find. That is not good customer service! By other reviews I have read on here and on Facebook this is not the first complaint with this exact situation. This needs to be corrected.
