Stayed here for a night with my significant other and my 8 month old due to waiting on my apartment to be available today and was charged a deposit for being a resident first off, the front desk agent this morning was beyond rude, and we also had false accusations placed against us before leaving. Never again. Basically doubled the price on their own account.
This is our go-to hotel when we visit Pueblo. The staff is always very friendly, especially Nate at check-in. His smile is great to see after a long day on the road. The breakfast and housekeeping crew are super nice and it almost feels like family. The rooms are spotless clean. Made to order omelettes in the morning are very tasty. The hot tub is great and the sauna is even better. We’ll be back!
Can't hookup my Roku to TV. Need a drain for the spa bath tub. My husband got water all over. Nice place, would definitely stay again
The man in cooking apron was very rude didn't sell me a soda on my way out cause he had no change and my daughter got hot Cheeto fingers on a towel and he charged me 50$ for it! I understand if something is ruined but wow.
Daytime staff was great, rooms were clean when we checked in. Other than Jacuzzi not working it was a very accommodating experience. Thanks for the hospitality!
