The staff was nice and the location is convenient. Easy to get on and off I-25. Food and gas next door. But, this hotel is way overpriced for what you get.nnThe Internet access was down most of the time. Wallpaper and caulking were missing from the bathroom wall. The bathtub was dirty. Check-in took too long.nnThere are numerous hotels and motels within 1/2 mile of this location that priced at the same price but are far nicer.

Stinky, Dirty Room. TV didn't work. Shady people hanging out in parking lot. Management was quick to tell me I would get a refund after I told them I couldn't stay here, but even after reaching out multiple times weeks after my visit I haven't received it. I recommend finding another hotel

The most horrible rooms I've ever seen. A non-smoking room with cigarette burns all over the room. The smoke alarm was chirping their solution was to disconnect it. The staff doesn't care about the issues, they just want you to pay & shut up. Pass it by a half our south on I-25 is a Days Inn. Clean comfortable and cheery staff

Not your basic quick night stay. I reserved my room online and during check in I was told they no longer had any double rooms but could put me in a king. My room was non smoking put smelt like a pack of cigarettes and my clothes smelled Terrible for my trip. The room was terribly dirty. I was not impressed. There is no excuse for a low star hotel to be in such bad shape. If I could get a refund for this room I would. This is ownership poor quality. When I checked in the girl at the front desk was complaining about not having to do write up's and could no for the life of her, remember her password and kept talking about it out loud. I was not impressed as a guest

Terrible experience honestly the toilet flooded and got all over my clothes the laundry room was closed due to maintenance purposes so couldn't even wash my clothes.. I had to move to another room and in that room the t.v. didn't work so had to move again.. one of the housekeepers that serviced my room stole my wallet while I was at work.. and to top it off the manager really didn't seem to care at all.. really only giving two stars because of the man at the front desk Brian he did what he could to make sure I got a good room and was comfortable or I would fr not give a star at all..
