Nice front desk staff requested a quiet top floor room. Called me within a few hours to make sure I was satisfied with my room which I was. Had to print out some important documents and we're also helpful using the business center. If you're passing or staying for work I'd stay there for a low good rate. Property is well kept and maintained well.
Don’t waste time or money they think this is some 5 star hotel with all the restrictions. Much better hotels even motels that don’t control your every move. Not to mention I booked this hotel a month ago and when I get here I only get the king bed for one night. Double bed for the other 3 nights. Birthday trip ruined
No elevators even the property is advertised as having them, very misleading to a disabled person booking a smoking room...... and smoking rooms are for tobacco only ( as indicated by a sign in the check in area and absolutely no where during the reservation process) Front desk was rude and unhelpful, customer service made it seem like I was lucky to cancel the reservation for a refund and could only offer an alternative room at the Ramada for three times the price.... They took my complaint but now I'm on my own to find a hotel with a smoking room on a Saturday night that a person with a walker can actually access while they take 7-10 days to handle my complaint. My advice is to call and verify the actual details of your reservation as the website is misleading.
I put a 5 star always to these guys and i have stayed there a few times. Always curtious, clean and you can tell they do well with preventative maintenance. Thanks Super 8 your awesome
We have stayed here before about a year or two ago today we checked in we were very tired from our drive we wanted to relax rest and watch some TV well we couldn't get the tv to work ! Well I went to the front desk the girl and gentlemen she was training came to our room immediately and fixed it she was very nice girl we even got a phone call from the gentleman to make sure our TV was still doing good great service we will stay here again thank you service desk persons for your help sorry I don't get there name
