We lived homeless in Pueblo on and off for 2 years before Posada stepped in and decided to help us keep a roof over our heads perminatly. Thanks Posada!

Absolutely, no help what so ever. Staff is rude. You're better off on your own than asking them for help.

So many good donations go to waste here it's more of a pick and choose who you want to help at this place instead of helping those in REAL NEED.And if you need gas voucher this is the only place to get it however the mgr will tell you only one a year then you come back in two years and she says it's only once a lifetime.....????....wow....this is a continuous run around here...so if they like you ...you get very minut..help. If they don't like you....your screwed....

If you are homeless absolutely expect no help in the smallest way whatsoever in a million years from these people. You will be completely satisfied with their services and lack of as well. If you are looking for a job here all of the positions for wasting office space, getting paid for absolutely nothing with grants, driving new cars and wasting resources have been filled. Hopefuly this rating will at least be more helpful than the people who work here. You are better off to panhandle up a lotto ticket.

Completely unwilling to help, don't know why. We were losing our home, went in, was told to do paperwork and we could call daily for shelter space. When we returned with nowhere to live and a DSS caseworker they couldn't find our papers and treated us like the ones in the wrong. Turns out they were filed under my name not my wife's despite her being the primary applicant.nnOnce that was cleared Latonya was more interested in why DSS was involved than helping, despite going over this in depth our first meeting and her writing notes that she had in front of her again. When asked about a temporary hotel voucher she refused multiple times until the DSS caseworker pinned her down and forced her to admit yes, she could, and made her try. She called one place, they said no, and she claimed the other wasn't answering. She claimed she'd try them again later, but never did. She seems to think that because we have family, even though they flatly refuse to let us stay with them, that she is absolved of assisting us. My family will be sleeping in a van tonight thanks to their lack of caring. At least it'll be a whole 10 degrees above freezing though, right?
