Was helped by Rita the general manager. Although I had an issue with the result of the service I booked, she was able to help and resolve the issue. Staff were all friendly. I really appreciate Rita for making things right for me and reassuring me.

I love this store, but Pueblo never seems to receive all the promotions that they advertise. For example, last month if you bought $65 from fragrances you received a robe. I purchased cologne for $85 & was told they don't have any robes.
Says they carry MAC products online. I get there....no MAC. I grab a few other things and upon checkout I start finding MAC products in the travel size grab n go section but there are like 2 items.nnIt is so odd.nnNo way to shade match foundations except for to purchase. Go out to your car and sample, then go inside and return until you get to the right shade.
I love this store! I have had my hair cut and colored here before and they did an amazing job! I was very happy although it cost a lot.nThey always have the latest products. I love the all natural section.nAlso, they have a brow bar that does brow tints!! Not all of them do, so that is exciting!
