Absolutely terrible service. I wanted to reschedule my appointment and was still charged a $29 fee for doing so because I was not able to make it in that day. Iv done it before and never had a problem till I mentioned I wanted to cancel my membership and suddenly i was charged a fee to reschedule. They say they are open at 8am which I called at and had to leave a voicemail because their phones don’t even let you get through till a later time. No one got back to me. Don’t even waist your time or money here there is much better places who don’t over charge and are much nicer then here.

If you’ve never gotten sugar waxed you should try it! My skin responds so much better than hard wax. Movie Med Spa is so clean, all the staff is friendly and polite and they are so helpful and accommodating with explaining packages! I highly recommend!

As a first time client/customer anywhere we want to feel comfortable, well the moment I walked in the door I felt that! This place is great! I was greeted with smiles and the feeling was like I've been a client for years! I was offered coffee or water and there was also wine available! The setting was cute and comfy. I worked with Samantha who was beyond fantastic! She listened and was very easy to talk to, it didn't feel akward or uncomfortable in anyway. Samantha was definitely the best! Her bedside manner is awesome and her personality is sweet and caring she made my whole experience there worth it. I left feeling beautiful and more importantly good about my appointment! I would recommend Samantha to everyone!

Heidi is the best! She does my laser her hair removal she is not only meticulous but very knowledgeable. I love going into see her she is great to talk to and has so much knowledge.

I went a while back in February and told Heidi I would write a great review for her, I then lost her card and completely forgot her name lol. I just found it in an old purse and now that I have it again I just wanted to rave about how great she was!! She was thorough, funny to talk to, and just genuinely great!! Super pleased with the service I received from her and planning to rebook soon!
