Fancy Nails

I went in to get my nails done and I made an appointment for a full set. I arrived at 11:45 for my appointment and I wasn’t seen until 12:20 or so. I understand they were probably busy so I didn’t make a big deal about it. Then, when I told the guy How long I wanted my nails he said it’d be $75, even though I wasn’t asking for huge nails. When I asked why so much if their prices said $30 and I just wanted plain long nails. He told me a bunch of random stuff that didn’t really explain why he was charging double. Then I told him I’d just do the $30 dollar set. When he was done, and I went to pay he told me it was $45 for the regular short set. He was rude and unprofessional and I think it’s wrong that they high jacked the prices when they clearly state a certain price. won’t be going again and do not recommend ud83dude1e

Massage was nice. The lady who painted and cut my nails did it so dang fast, all my nails are uneven and she didn't paint the whole nail. Absolutely NOT worth the $65 I paid. Highly disappointed

We had an appointment 11:30am for 4 people, they were way behind. On top of them being behind, they let multiple walk ins go before us! The last girl in our group didn’t get started until 1pm. They are only doing gel and they do not have many colors. They are up charging everything $5+. My nails do not look professional, I could have done a better job at home. They also didn’t give me the color they said they had and put a completely different one on.

If I could give a 0 star I would. They rush and I called and scheduled an appointment long before and when I came in for my appointment they made me wait 2 hours. Very poor quality, VERY OVER PRICED!!!! They only do gel polish and don’t give the option for normal polish. They don’t clean at all even with this whole COVID thing. They made me wait for 2 hours but took 15 minutes on my nails. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Came in here excited to finally get a manicure and pedicure, I understand they were on a time crunch but poor quality, my manicure was a little lotion and 2 second massage, than my pedicure was basically the same thing BUT didn't even ask what type of pedicure I wanted so I recieved the basic. When I had to pay CASH ONLY, I was charged 80$ for a poorly executed manicure and pedicure. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
