So happy to have lived in this housing for 2 years. It was such a wonderful experience and the landlord and maintenance have been amazing and responsive always addressing everything immediately and with kindness. The landlord always also goes above and beyond for his tenants and made us feel safe and secure. Truly was amazing and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Vito, the landlord, is fantastic! He responds to texts and emails very quickly and is very helpful and accommodating to parents whose kids are renting one of his properties. He really made the whole renting process a breeze!

Wasn't able to secure an apartment as I was a little late in the application process. However, the staff here is fantastic. They respond quicker than most of rental companies and even reply after hours to your inquiries. They even provided information about alternative rentals from other companies/people to help you find a place. If you're looking for a nice and affordable apartment, the people here will take care of you!

I rented with this company/ landlord for three year and it was a great experience! When ever we needed something fix it was fixed the next day. Very good at responding and good quality for a low price. I recommend this company / landlord for everyone! Thank you again.

I had a great experience living at their property, I have nothing to complain about. If there was something wrong they fixed it right away the house is in perfect condition always in the Landlord it was amazing
