Order taker looked down on me when she saw me. Felt like she had grudge and I was made to feel like a low life. Refused product and payment.
Didn't get what I ordered. Ordered burrito supreme and 2 five layer burrito and got 1 five layer and 2 bean burritos. We ate them.
I just had the most amazing experience at this location. I ordered incorrectly and questioned the price when I drove up to the window. The young man taking the cash was patient and kind. He explained my error. Another gentleman came over to see if everything was ok (probably should’ve got their names; he had a different shirt, maybe a manager or shift leader). Anyway they corrected my error and remained extremely patient and kind. I have NEVER had such a great experience at a fast food restaurant. These men were an example of pride in their jobs. Kudos to them. May nothing but great things happen for them.
This is usually a very good location. For is usually made correctly and fresh.
Made a great meal for such a low price. Love me some bell.
