First off as I get there I realize that she had scheduled me wrong and while I tried showing her the messages confirming my 1:00 appointment she stood there belittling me telling me I was wrong.. I tried to lighten the mood by conversating in small talk about my hair history and every single thing I said she argued and contradict me. I felt very attacked and uncomfortable. I am very certain that no business owner should ever make a customer feel the way she made me feel. No excuses whatsoever. I am not one to complain about anything at all I am a mother of four and realize the world is tough but on the one day I want to do something nice for myself and this is the way it goes I'm sorry but I do not recommend her to anyone. Especially if you're having a bad day. Just a very uncaring person. If I could 0 star I would.
