I am very disappointed!! I went in at 4:10 pm, for a gel fill. I was in the chair with the nail tech starting my nails by 4:15. I do have to say I understand everyone goes at their own speed. Once 4:45 came around we were JUST starting to put the acrylic over for the fill. Once the powder was on and she was filing them, they were all different shapes, okay I did give her a chance to fix them which she didn’t. 5:10 came around and we were still filling off the fill that she had just put on, while she made 2 of my fingers bleed. I then proceeded to ask how much it would be for the fill with no color. The manager I believe said $26 with no color and $36 with color. I stated to the nail tech and the manager I wanted NO color. 5:20 comes around and she is still filing my nails after I asked said many times “it’s okay they are fine”. I’ve been getting fake nails for 10 years now, I’ve never seen it take this long before. The women who did my nails rang me out and tried to charge me $36. I told her “no the manager said $26”. Finally she was obviously mad and I ended up paying the $26 for nails that I got half done, and she did not even make 2out of my 10 nails match up. I will NOT be going back. Only come here if you plan on spending 2+ hours for a gel acrylic fill!!!

Tina at top nails is absolutely wonderful! I currently get dip on my nails and it lasts approximately 3 full weeks! I love being able to wait that extra week and not go every 2 weeks.

My nails are so crooked, cut me so bad on 4 fingers. Hands down the worst place I’ve ever been.

I have been going to this place for many years. They do nice work but I don’t like how the prices keep increasing. Don’t know what that’s about. $50 for a gel pedi is a bit much but until I can find somewhere that is just as good but cheaper, I guess I’ll continue to go there. And it’s close to my house.

First time there. I was in a rush so couldn’t make it to my regular salon. Went in for a manicure to have fresh polish for the holidays. What a mess. Polish all over my fingers and he couldn’t understand what I was saying when I asked him to clean it up. And they cut the skin around my nails and now they are all sore. I should have saved the $18 and painted my nails myself ...while blindfolded.
