Kenneco Roofing

I've used Keneco on 1 tile roof, 1 pitched & 1 tar & gravel. They were the lowest estimate & the roofs have held up for years. I also had around 15 clients that used them for repairs on their roofs before closings & again the estimates were the lowest & the work was high quality with no issues. Last used in 2015. I now again am calling them for a different home estimate. The other reviews were a bit off putting but I've experience their work for so long I will try again.

I have never had so many issues with a company. IF I COULD RATE THEM -5 STARS I WOULD. I have been battling with this company for MONTHS to fix a water leak in my office. They have come and and "corrected" the problem 3 times but somehow every time it rains I end up with a PUDDLE of water in my facility. The receptionist is extremely rude and was of no help. I called at 10:30 and was told I would receive a call back but never did. After I called again she told me no one was in the office to assist me. Not only does she have a rude and passive-aggressive attitude but the roofers that were supposed to fix the leak have not shown up to more than half of their appointments. If I had not already paid this company for the "work" they did I would most definitely be taking my business to a creditable company. You bet I will be reporting this company to the BBB and I will be sending them the bill for all of the office equipment and water damage done because they are not capable of doing their job the first time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I hired Kenneco to install a TPO roof over a bad roof that was installed by another contractor. I've had nothing but leaks in my house after the tow contractors. The first contractor went bankrupt and the owner opened up under a different name. Apparently Kenneco has been sold and is now the Kenneco Group. I didn't find that out until I got fed up and told them I want them to rip out everything they did and install a roof that doesn't leak. The manager implied that they are not legally bound to honor any work done under the previous owner. Don't hire this company.

5 years with cool roof love it

As an out of state property owner, we scheduled an appt for 3:00Pm for an estimator to meet us at the property while we were in town. After driving to Rio Rancho from the Abq heights, we arrived promptly at 3PM. After waiting 20 minutes, we called the company only to be told the estimator had been out and left us a "proposal" (a packet of brochures about the type of shingles they offer). They offered to come another day... No thanks we'll go with a company that values their customer's time and can honor a time commitment.
