We rented a home that Tiger Lily Managed from Sept 2017 to April 2020. When we first viewed the home it was very clear to us that the realty company was going to be very professional. We were a bit intimidated but happy about it because we liked knowing what we were dealing with. We far prefer a nicely detailed leases so both sides know what to expect.nnThey had the most rigorous process we have seen to be able to be approved to rent a place. They were very prepared with all of the contact information needed and had a clear cut path for the process.nnWe were approved of course. The time while we were in the rental was perfectly fine. They contacted the landlord to get repairs as needed. Their responses were timely. They did do 24 hour notices when they needed to enter the home which we always appreciated. The amount of entry events were normal and nothing unusual. It was balanced as it should be.nnThey were phenomenal to give us an excellent reference when the landlord needed to the property back and we were faced with suddenly moving due to lease terms. It turned out we were able to stay as the landlord changed their mind.nnTiger Lily was the epitome of professionalism the entire time. When we did finally move they gave us a very fair report back on the state of the property. They assisted in getting our full deposit back as well.nnI know that realty companies of rental properties can get a bad rap, but this one should not. They were definitely the most proficient and competent company we ever rented through. We would not hesitate to use them again either as a renter or if was ever in the position to be a landlord.nnTricia Hiss was particularly top-notch. She is very good at her job. I am thankful for the time we had at that rental and that Tiger Lily helped to make it a pleasant experience.

TERRIBLE PEOPLE TO RENT FROM! Have nothing better to do then snake your money and when you have questions on working things out they ignore your calls and texts saying they’re in bed at 5pm. Nothing but headaches from these people. DO NOT RECCOMMEND!!!

Called them out on their racism then after ten years of renting from them they lied to the landlord saying I threatened her life and got my children and myself thrown out. It's fine.... They will have their day in court. Do not rent from these people they are tricksters.

Easy to deal with. Usually fast repairs.
