We had a much longer and more drawn-out process than most buyers and sellers. We found and purchased a new home (which is a century home, and going to be a labor of love) prior to completing renovations on our old home. This process was stressful, and prolonged with a lot of unknowns, and Tyler and his team's unparalleled expertise made the whole process simple, straightforward, and easy to manage. We couldn't have done it without Tyler Griffith and his phenomenal team, and we wouldn't recommend anyone else to work with if you are buying and/or selling a home in the northeastern central Ohio region. They are fantastic!
