We lived in the West Virginia building for 5 years. Doug is an excellent landlord and his manager, Jeff, and their maintenance team are incredibly responsive and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. When was the last time you have a warm and fuzzy feeling for your landlord? We moved only because of a job change requiring a move out of state.

Doug, the owner, is a wonderful landlord and makes you feel like more than just a customer through the leasing process. Maintenance is wonderful and highly attentive and friendly. The lofts are fantastic. CLV Lofts has everything you could want in an ownership group.
