We asked Noelle to help us find and purchase our first ever home, and she was completely awesome with us. We saw 10 homes on our shopping trips, and she provided us with the paperwork for each one, handled all of the contract garbage, and got us through the process.nnWhen we had trouble with our lender (we chose our own before contacting an agent) she kept our sellers informed and kept the deal alive through all the delays, escalated issues to management to help us get things handled, and basically helped salvage the process the bank had messed up so, so much.nnI don't know how we would've made it through the process without them. I now have a beautiful home, that I got at a great price, and I didn't have to duel anyone.

Great agent!! It was easy to work with Dan and his team. I bought my first home from Dan and he also helped me sell a home. Both were a very smooth process and he provided much insight to my many questions. I would encourage anyone looking for a strong team with a lot of knowledge to work with Dan and the Great Cleveland Team.

One stop shop! The Tyson team is the most ethical, honest bunch of realtors in Northeast Ohio! My family has been blessed to utilize them in multiple transactions! You just can’t go wrong choosing them for any and all of your real estate needs. Each and every one of them go WAY over and beyond good service by taking the time early on in the process to really get to know their clients and adjust strategy to meet their needs. If you’re going with anyone else, I’d really encourage you to take a step back and consider these rockstars. You might think they don’t have time to fully serve your needs because of how popular they are but BELIEVE me, they never miss a text or a phone call and will always do whatever it takes to cover all ends of the process so you can relax with confidence! 5 stars!!!
