I have used Country Home Cleaners twice and will not use them again. They did get my house clean and I could live with one of the cleaning ladies being unfriendly, bordering on angry both times. But, the last time they were here they left a long scratch on our wooden floor. Having my home cleaned is a big splurge for me, I would hope for a better attitude and certainly not damage to my home.

The cleaner they sent ripped our rug one time.nThe last time we scheduled a service I was told they'd be there at 9am. By 10:30am we called (no answer so we left a voicemail) and sent an email to cancel the cleaning because we had other things to do that day since we were told 9am. 11:30am rolls around and the cleaner finally shows up. She was told after 11am by the boss. I emailed and complained to them. I never received an apology or reply.nI would not use them ever again.

They cleaned my house when I moved out and did a fabulous job.
