Way over priced.nI’ve been a blonde my whole life and I will admittedly wait too long to get into the salon but regardless, never in my life have I paid almost 300 dollars to have my hair done. I was there almost 4 hours and though it is done very well and Ariel is extremely talented I think this salon may need to reevaluate their price ranges in their website as well as its competitors values. I usually go to luxury hair salons and never pay what I have paid today. Sorry, but you’ve lost a customer who though doesn’t get 300 dollar services done does get 175-200 dollar services done and tips well.

What an amazing place! I am a curly girl with color treated hair and let me tell you, they are the best out there!!nNot only do they specialize in Deva cuts, they do a great job with highlights and all over color.nRachelle has such a fun and beautiful personality, not only does she make you feel at home when you are in the salon but she will help you achieve that look you have always wanted! Sometimes I don't always know what I want to get done, but with Rachelle's experience and knowledge she helped me get the hair results that I had always dreamed of.nI have been going to this salon for many years now and I have never thought of going anywhere else. Best salon in Cleveland!!

Bad service. What the company says is not true. My aunt went there. I was leaving a review for her, Joanne Flynn. He iar looked the same as when she walked in. She paid 200 plus dollars when she has thin short hair up to her shoulders. and nothing was done with it. After going home and realzing this. She called them. left messages, they started to hangup on her and stopped answering the phone. My cousins left reviews on facebook and this company blocked them.
