I have been renting office space from Dayton Offices since October 2017. I have been completely satisfied with my office rental and the amenities that comes with it. The landlord and staff have been very accommodating. What surprises me at time are the extra things they do to make their rental customers feel special. Things like having free popcorn on Thursdays and donuts on Friday. Mints and candy provided throughout the day. This is over and above the other amenities that comes from renting space here. I highly recommend anyone considering renting office space to consider Dayton Offices. I have looked in downtown Dayton area and have not found a better value for your money.

The absolute BEST shared office space not only in Dayton, but anywhere I have ever worked in (and I have worked in a lot)! Bob, Jamal, Mary and Mark are EXTREMELY accommodating, professional, and treat our daily applicants wonderfully. My company (LGC Hospitality) has worked out of this office for 2 years, and has expanded into more offices. We will ALWAYS stay because of the amazing accommodations and location. Would give more stars if I could!
