Carrie made the process of finding my dream home an absolute breeze and delight. During an extremely competitive time to buy, Carrie put us in the best position to land the offer and was extremely patient with me as I sorted through the number of homes that fell short of what I was looking for. Her attention to all of my needs made me feel like I was her most important client. Can't thank her and her team enough for helping me find my beautiful home.

It was a pleasure for my wife and myself to work with Carrie. I liked and welcomed her ideas for selling my home, her enthusiasm and energy in working for us. I would recommend her in the future to my friends who are purchasing or selling their homes. Carrie Cliffel is an exceptional real estate professional. She conducted thorough research in pricing our house for sale - higher than we anticipated. She and her team put together an impressive marketing package and very quickly, efficiently initiated showings. Carrie has excellent communication skills; she kept us advised of every step in the process and responded quickly to all our inquiries. She was a real advocate for us through sale and remediation negotiations - obviously critical steps in the process. Carrie is a polished professional with high energy; she's knowledgeable and very personable. She really takes the edges off the stress of buying or selling a house. Eric and his team went above and beyond to help us secure a lake house. There were multiple offers and tense negotiation to put the deal together, and it really showed how having a true professional in your corner can make the difference. Even after closing he has helped us with securing contractors to do some repairs & upgrades so we feel he has been a true partner throughout the entire transaction.
