I lived on south campus for 4 years with a roommate. Had a rough start with the company but only 1 incident that I remember in 4 years. They are responsive for repairs and have not changed the rent during all this time. The kitchen was completely new when I moved in.

Lived here for over 10 years everything was fine up until the last few. Apartments are going to trash... feel like they are now renting to low income individuals, at all locations. Other residents over cramming occupancy limits... taking other tenants claims truthfully without validation and forcing tenants to move out (which is legally not right). Rent keeps going up with no upgrades... windows are drafty, kitchens are old. RENTERS BEWARE!!!!nnOh do not forget maintenance men who will force their political views on you!!!

Great price! Nice ladys in office and nice guy that does repairs. Had a situation i spoke to the manger about he was supposed to call me back, still waiting on that call and its been 2 months and the repairs still aren't done.

I come to Columbus to visit my elderly mother occasionally, and I’ll usually call the office with a small request when I’m here. Sandra almost always answers the phone and she is always competent and professional each time we speak. And l, most importantly, the request is taken care of in a timely manner. She is an excellent representative of Wallace Ackley in my book!
