After living with HT for years one semester with King taught me how a landlord is supposed to behave. My property was affordable, the maintenance guy was always floating around but also he was responsive through the online portal. The sense of security and the ease of living with this landlord were just what I needed while focusing on my studies.

I honestly can't thank Craig enough. If he had waited even 5 minutes he would have had my money and my signature on a lease. Thank God, he has the patience of a child and couldn't resist being rude long enough for me to finish signing the lease. The lease he gave had inconsistencies from what I had previously discussed with him and when I tried to call him out for these he was so upset that I had caught on to his scam. Avoid this man if you value your money.

I rent from Craig King, and my car recently got towed from the parking lot because my parking pass fell off. This was during the pandemic and I was out of work at the time. I expressed to Craig my unhappiness with what happened and that because of the current situation I was unable to buy groceries. Craig went above and beyond what any landlord would do and he gave me a gift card to giant eagle so I could get groceries. I have already signed a lease through Craig King Realty Group for next year, and probably the next year after as well. I don't think landlords come better than this.

I lived at a Craig King property for two years, and I wholeheartedly loved my experience there! Craig King is straightforward and genial. Whenever we had a service request, the maintenance crew was prompt at responding and were dedicated to completing the request. Friendly, too! Craig's front desk was helpful in sending along information with regards to moving in, general reminders, and moving out.nnWhen I hear other people complain about their landlords, I only ever have good things to say about Craig King. I've recommended him to all of my friends and I RECOMMEND HIM TO YOU!

This rude landlord will always come at you with a new fee of some sort. I WOULD NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM. If I could I would give him a negative amount of stars.
