Supercuts

I booked an appointment same day online. Pleasantly surprised they were open on a Sunday. My hair was a bit of a mess and overgrown as I was past due for a cut. Dolores listened to my wish list (bangs, short length, easy to maintain) and gave me a stacked bob that I think will work really well! I’m very happy.

Last week I went into this location and as I walked into the door a customer was speaking in a rude aggressive manner to Dolores about a haircut she had just started on her daughter. It made me uncomfortable to listen to the client talk this way to the stylist but I was impressed with the professionalism as Dolores was calmly explaining to the mom how to do a haircut. I felt bad for the client in the chair but Dolores was a pro and explained every step to the client, even down to why she had her hold her head a certain way. In the end the mom was happy with the haircut and so all the aggressiveness for nothing. I wanted to just say it was nice to see that professionalism.

Great place to get our haircut, waxing and more! Never disappointed and for the price it's great. Friendly staff, definitely suggest to reserve a spot for appointment online.

Stylist didn't listen to how I wanted my hair cut, Horrible cut, looks like I cut it myself. Will never go back.
