When I went in I was told to go pick out the color I wanted. I choose what I thought was the perfect maroon color and what I wanted, right before she paints them she tells me has a better color and starts painting, She didn’t ask me if it was okay! After painting one hand I told her the color looked a bit too dark and told me the color would brighten once it dried “it did not” the color was dark BROWN almost black!! I left there with all of my cuticles bleeding and a color I never asked for. Not coming back.
They are so amazing. It feels like family when you walk in the door. All of them are very friendly and do an amazing job!!!
Set up appt and waited well after the appt while no one even acknowledged i was there. Left without getting anything done.
