BUYER BEWARE - Absolutely the worst tanning experience my husband and I have had. The facilities and beds are severely out-dated (the level 5 bed I was in had burnt out bulbs and sounded like a jet). Definitely not a relaxing experience. Additionally, I usually have some color on my skin within a few hours after tanning, but no color was achieved with this session.nnWe both purchased the one month unlimited tan all access pass before our first tanning session. Since we both were very disappointing with the facilities and the lack of tan, we contacted LA Tan within 24 hours for a partial refund. We wanted to only be charged for the single session rather than a full month. To put this in perspective, a single session is $25 + tax while the full month unlimited was $116.75 (including tax). We were seeking a refund for the difference ($90.06 each). It has been 10 days of speaking with LA Tan. They refused to give us our money back and say it is their policy to not give any refunds at all. They mentioned they have some more updated facilities nearby, but the closest one is 25 minutes away which is not convenient for an unlimited monthly tanning pass. At this point, we are going through our credit card companies to try to get a refund.nnDo yourself a favor and go to more updated facilities or try a different company altogether.

I love this place. I would recommend this place to everyone. The beds are always clean. They give great information on how to get tan quickly. They are friendly and make things comfortable. They are not pushy when it comes to selling product.
