I would like to note that I did in fact have a wash pass with you guys. I was wrongfully accused by the owner by working at Dino dash, to which I don’t. And again accused that I didn’t have a pass in the past. But I did, 7DEB1CB1, that’s the serial number for my wash pass. Look it up in your system. For a Honda Odyssey. Which I do feel very attacked, especially by the owner to accuse me of this. Very Unprofessional!!
I love tag n go car wash! The people working there are always nice and helpful, they have great deals and my car almost always comes out looking great, there was one time there was some weird spotting but we chalked it up to us going before they closed so we weren't upset about it and just went again a few days later. My kids love going throw the car wash and always ask if we can go throw it whenever we go out.
Oct 29, 2020, and I drive up right before they closed down for the night. They recently installed cameras on a yellow pole between entry payment gates 1 and 2. I backed up, in frustration, because the gate lane I was in wouldn’t open (not the first time) and ran into the camera pylon denting my car. I have withheld ever leaving a review until now thinking service would be better but this incident was the last straw. So tired of their gates not opening correctly with the monthly service. Not to mention the numerous nicks my car has received over the last few months from their washing equipment. The new location in hurricane is fine. Not this location.
Great wash. Thorough spot free rinse and dry. Good self-serve detailing stations with free vacuums. Accommodates my large pickup and safe for my convertible.
Good quality wash every time. Also love the free vacuums and the compressed air to clean small spaces and dry the exterior handles/mirrors/etc
