I bought a Groupon for two eyebrow waxes and the first one was fine. I was a little concerned with the table cover/pillow, it looks as if it hadn’t been changed/ washed between clients. But for my second visit to finish up my groupon she asked if I wanted my eyebrows just cleaned up around the edges and I said yes and afterward she didn’t show me what they looked like (like she did the first time) but I though it was maybe just because this was the second time seeing me so she knew how I liked them. I now realized it was because she completely messed up my left eyebrow and obviously wanted to avoid confrontation. When I did get home and get a good look at them I realized she waxed off a good finger length of the beginning of my left eyebrow and made them both asemetrical and thin. My eyebrows are ruined now and I have to either get $450 microblading or wait months for them to maybe grow back. Not to mention the amount of money I spent today afterwards on makeup and serums to attempt to make them look decent. I’m so embarrassed and I don’t even want to leave my house, all I can think is how stupid my eyebrows look. If I could give negative stars I would. She RUINED my eyebrows.
