This place is a joke. Put in requests for repairs to another of stuff and none of it was ever done. The extreme lack of care by the leasing staff is astounding. I had my vehicle broken into in front of a camera in the parking lot and when I attempted to call the leasing office 5 times during the day it happened I was met with no answer and no one attempted to reach out either after I left multiple messages. I will not be renewing a lease with this awful place. I suggest you look elsewhere for a place to call home because this just isn't it.

Never lived in a nicer apartment complex. Ella and her staff have always taken great care of me and my family and were always willing to work with me. The apartments themselves are nice and roomy and well maintained. Only thing that could be better is maybe more parking spaces.

I lived at Hibernia Apartments for 2 years, and the best the best way to summarize my residency was “mediocracy”. The obvious pro was the lower rent costs when you are browsing for apartments in the area. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with management. It also looks great from the outside in.nnNow onto the bad. Once you do settle in, you’ll notice you can hear literally everything. Your upstairs neighbor might as well be your roommate. If maintenance decides to rip out the carpet in the apartment above you for 2 months, you will live in a construction zone. I can also attest to a previous review about walls shaking with music/tv noise. Your neighbors are the deciding factor here.nnThe apartments have undergone renovations (which we were forced to either live in the bedroom without water or leave for multiple days). This is no doubt so they can increase the rent from new tenants.nnParking is another big issue here. Depending on where your specific unit is, you might only have a few parking spaces close by. There are separate lots which get entirely filled up on the weekends.nnIn summary, if you want a cheaper apartment in this sub-standard area, and are willing to deal with minor to moderate inconveniences, Hibernia could be your next apartment community.

Hibernia has by far been the best complex that I lived in since relocating to Columbus. The space that you get for your money is phenomenal and unmatched in comparison to other apartment communities. The staff was super friendly and I loved the parties that they threw for the residents. It have you the opportunity to meet your neighbors and get to know new people. There was always free food, alcohol, games and a DJ. Though it may not be the newest community, it certainly was well kept and I feel it had a lot of character. The only reason I moved out was because I lived in a 1 bedroom and then I got married and my husband and I wanted to rent a house, which we did. I never had issues with any of my neighbors or the staff. I truly loved living there!

I had an okay experience here before the end of my lease. The apartments were mostly quiet, maintenance handled things for the most part. The apartments aren’t fantastic by any means, but we really liked living there. As our lease ended during a global pandemic, we were trying to communicate with the office about our options to go month to month vs. ending the lease. We never heard anything because they were out of office, so we just decided to solidify plans to leave. They are now forcing us to pay for August, even though we vacated on July 25th. and told them we were leaving when they returned to office, but because per our lease it says 60 days they said we were out of compliance. We provided a 45 day notice because again Covid-19 kept them from being in office to communicate with us and provide them that notice, and that wasn’t good enough. Now I’m stuck paying nearly $1000 for a month we weren’t there. It’s honestly sickening, we never missed rent, if we were late we communicated that and were happy to pay whatever late fee was taking place at that time. We were good, quiet, and honest tenants and none of that mattered.
