After all the reviews and knowing this company was rated top 5 of not to rent from the news. I decided to reach out and possibly give them a chance. I talked to a woman in the office by the name of Morgan she was very nice and kept reassuring me that the neighborhood was a good neighborhood and the apartments were in great conditions. I decided to choose something different but I would greatly recommend them because of the reassurance of Morgan. You could tell over the phone that she is truly a genuine employee and she truly wants to make people comfortable.

I’ve been looking into serval apartments and went to go back to these only because of the person I was working with but I found out they were no longer with the company I was in distraught Morgan was the only reason I was going to decide to put in my application because of her great customer service and how she was very knowledgeable and honestly you could tell she was a great employee. So she will definitely be a gain to whatever company she working for next! Hopefully she’s working at another complex so I can put an application there!nnadded to response* i’ll be going elsewhere since morgan will not be able to help me out thank you!

Marcos, was an amazing worker. He was very respectful of my home and worked quickly and kept me updated of what was going on. He is very knowledgeable and a people person. He knows how to talk to people and show respect!

I love this place. Great Neigborhood. James Oldfield has been such a wonderful help during tough times. He helped me out of almost 2 evictions. Very responsive and sweet.

I want to thank Marcos for coming out first to stop the leak from the water tank, and getting the water up. He had no problems with coming back out to finish the work, due to having to order a piece. He also helped with other things that I called in about.Glad he took care of my issues, y’all have a good worker.
