They update our alarm systems and told us that we had to come in and sign paper work so we could activate our alarms. Totally understandable. But then they changed their hours to 9-5 m-f with no advance warning so i had to call of in order to come in. So I go in and they have a not on the door saying they no longer take walk ins. The notice was on given to us that we couldn’t come in to sign the necessary paperwork to make our alarms work without notice. So when i call in to see what was going on - the staff was rude, un-amendable, and unprofessional. You rarely have to deal with the front office but when you do they are always rude and unprofessional.

Lehman Village Seems to be a decent place maintenance wise, but here are the issues I believe my son has encountered from the management (opinion):nn1. They entered his apartment without permission when he was away without prior notice and without giving him an opportunity to be present. There was no emergency or other legitimate reason they needed to be in there right away. We know they were in there because they left an inspection notice.nn2. They towed his car away even though it was lawfully parked in his assigned parking spot.nn3. I believe the management has been harassing him and aren't very friendly.nnAll-in-all, I believe such acts are improper and perhaps illegal.nnIf you value your privacy and don't want uninvited people in your dwelling during your absence, you may wish to go elsewhere.

At country view they had one maintance guy that took care of everything on his own now I don’t see anymore now they have two guys and either they come and try to fix something and it breaks again or they don’t come at all since they got rid of the one guy this place is falling apart there is mold all over my bathroom and I have told and told them they do nothing about it Donna in the office lies to everyone this place is a joke now I’m so glad my leas is up I’m moving the maintenance here for the pass month is a joke don’t come here u will be disappointed for sure nothing but lies
