absolutely the WORST property manager ever. I have been fighting every single month for a year to get my rent payments every month. It's always an excuse, the rent is in the mailnlies lies liesnhe blames his assistant and never takes responsibility for his employee who he claims sends the money

My wife and I worked with CJ Churchill to purchase our home in August of 2018. He remained patient and attentive with us in a crazy housing market to help us find our perfect first home. He was always readily available for us and kept us up to date and informed through the whole process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house or rental property in then Columbus area!

I was asked to honestly review Carlton as my realtor. I will be saying all these things in hope someone else isn’t misled by him. Carlton is a very nice person, but he talks a big game and does not have the realty knowledge to follow it up and I WOULD NOT recommend him. We needed to sell our house very quickly due to my husband job transfer, my husband had known him from a prior job (not Realty) together. We had only been in our house for a year. The market our house is in sells fast and high. We are a young couple and had never sold a house. He made promises to us that he didn’t keep (nor had the ability to even offer) like offerings to cute coats. Carlton exact words were that he “would cut cost and help us out so we could get at close to zero as possible” . We also learned he never researched our area, or if he had he would have been able to advise us better. Carlton convinced us we need to accept the first offer we received and also to give the buyer $3,000.00 towards the closing costs.nnNevertheless, because of his inexperience and our trusting the realtor to advise us correctly, we sold our house for $10,0000.00 over our mortgage payoff and still had to bring $5,500.00 to the closing. Carlton walked away with a commission check almost as high.nnWe tried to talk to his broker Mr. Russo, so he would know what is happening and prevent further unhappy clients. Mr. Russo never returned any of our calls or emails. Making us realize they only wanted a pay check. We recognize it is a done deal now and lesson learned, but I would have appreciated his caring about his staff to follow up and at least address the issue. Therefore. I WOULD NOT recommend this real estate office either.
